My Account has changed!

Easily is always listening to our customers, and following on from a review of the My Account section, we are pleased to announce the following modifications to your account.  

The key changes are:
-           Domain Renewals - red link at top (no more R button)
-           Hosting/email renewals - red link at top (no more E button)
-           Top-ups - blue or red link at top - no more ... top-up button
-           Unassigned accounts - shorter red text at top with details next to it
-           Under the administer domains area, “A" (Advanced/Transfers) has disappeared and become “T” for transfer
-           Nameserver changes are now under “D” - which now incorporates the full control of your DNS, so you can create and update CNAME records (and A, MX, TXT..)
-           The “T” (transfer) button now includes instructions about how to transfer in/out and of ownership of your domain names.

The third in our series of Meet the Team - this month David D.

Not to be confused with David H, David D is our token Australian.  He has been with us for just over 6 months and works as part of our Online Customer Support Team. He loves technology. He likes gizmos and gadgets - In fact he likes anything that blinks, beeps or whizs. He enjoys computing and playing with computers, although there is a strong rumour going around that they don't like him.

Whether it be re-configuring a server, modifying up his Xbox, playing his Nintendo Wii or writing programs, you are sure to find him 'zoned-in' with a smile on his face. He loves those real technical calls so keep them coming!
