Martin is a consummate professional working in our sales and support team. He is one of the newest members of the team, having arrived on a free transfer from Australia 2 month ago.
He answers the phones like a machine and turns around your emails like lightning, adding a personal touch with his unique Australian humour. (Just don’t mention the Olympics Medal Table!)
He loves it when he can resolve an issue for a customer. He also loves his Apple products, loves his sports (except for curling) and loves his cars - so, in essence, Martin is a geek with a difference as he doesn’t sit at home playing games ALL the time, although I would watch out if you see him on the road as he may be playing with his MiniMac.
Customers find Martin (or Marty) to be very professional and courteous on the phone and he doesn’t mind a bit of a joke. He’s not green behind the ears either - he’s been doing technical support for 8 years now so he knows what he is on about.  Like all members of our sales and support team he is totally committed to our programme of constantly improving our customer experience.
